Key responsibilities include: • Leading medium-sized client engagements/ workstreams and managing day-to-day delivery • Assessing Business, Digital or IT current operating environments and developing the case for change • Using data and insights to develop robust recommendations • Design and implementation of a target operating model • Client reporting, workshop facilitation and proactive management of client stakeholders • Supporting ongoing go-to-market/ proposition development and business development   Your Skills and Experience   • Previous experience in the Consulting sector (Manager equivalent role in other consulting firms) • Value proposition/ strategic driver analysis • Operating Model Design • Organisational Design • Value Stream Mapping and Process Redesign • Roadmap and business case development • Project and Programme management using Agile and Waterfall approaches • Understanding of technology and AI trends and how they are affecting strategy and operating models   Additional Requirements   • UK mobility with regular client‑site engagement • Security clearance (SC / BPSS), or eligibility and willingness to obtain clearance   Benefits   • Pension Scheme - contributions matched up to 10% • Private medical cover • Income Protection • Life Assurance * 25 days paid leave + National Holidays • Flexible benefits program   Diversity & Inclusion   As a Disability Confident employer, we encourage applications from all applicants, especially, differently abled applicants.
