Serve as UVeye’s primary on-site technical point of contact, building strong relationships with customers, communicating progress and issues, managing expectations, and ensuring a professional customer experience

Install, configure, test, and validate UVeye hardware and supporting systems to ensure equipment is fully operational and ready for customer use
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, electrical, and mechanical issues in real time, taking ownership of issues through resolution or coordinating the appropriate internal resources when escalation is required
Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance across existing customer sites, diagnosing system issues and restoring equipment to normal operation as efficiently as possible
Maintain responsibility for safety while leading work on site, including identifying hazards, following site-specific requirements, ensuring appropriate PPE is used, and addressing or escalating unsafe conditions
Partner closely with Operations, Support, Engineering, Customer Success, and other internal teams to communicate field conditions, resolve technical issues, and support successful customer deployments
Complete accurate and timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service documentation, including work performed, technical findings, outstanding issues, and required follow-up
Identify recurring technical or operational issues observed in the field and provide feedback to internal teams to help improve installation processes, system reliability, and the overall customer experience
Requirements
