We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust enabling us to provide personalised support.We are seeking reliable, friendly and trustworthy individuals to join our growing team working across North Ayrshire.  Job DescriptionCare Assistant – Irvine and surrounding areasPay: £13.50 per hour | Double time on bank holidays | Mileage 33p to 45p/mile | Part-time, flexible hours | Driving licence and own vehicle requiredWhy care with us, not just any agencyMost home care visits elsewhere are 15–30 minutes — rushed, task-only, in and out. Every visit with us is a minimum of 1 hour, so you actually have time to make a difference, not just tick a box. We match you to clients based on shared interests and hobbies, so you're building real relationships in your own local community, not seeing a different stranger every day.If you've got a kind heart and reliable transport, we'll teach you everything else.
