We work across sectors including education, healthcare, emergency services and commercial, assuring our customers of high-quality, best value and a sustainable approach. RFM has grown significantly since its inception in 1999, with a turnover of £181m for FY2025 and employs more than 1500 people. We are now on a growth trajectory, with ambitious plans to grow the business to £300m turnover by 20 30. Our plans for growth require RFM to ‘make the market’, and to be at the forefront of high value opportunities in the FM marketplace Your new role What you’ll do: Cleaning and disinfect every day all work surfaces and floors and paintwork in the designated areas Dusting, vacuuming and mopping general flooring throughout the site To carry out regular clearance of waste bins as required within the designated working areas. Carrying out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the site Ensuring that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures Reporting all accidents and incidents as appropriate About you: General experience of cleaning Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly Knowledge of Health & Safety best practises Awareness of COSHH regulations Takes initiative and works reliably Candidates need a good working level of spoken and written English to carry out cleaning duties safely and to communicate with clients and the management team.
