Drymen Primary School is seeking a dedicated Support Learning Assistant to join our close-knit staff team. In this role, you will work directly with children who have a range of Additional Support Needs (ASN), helping them reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Targeted Support: Work closely with pupils to help them achieve their individual learning targets. * Relationship Building: Develop positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with children to boost their confidence and engagement. * Daily Supervision: Supervise and assist children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal needs are met. * Resource Preparation: Under the guidance of the class teacher, prepare creative classroom resources and activities that enrich the learning experience. What We Are Looking For: * A naturally nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach. * High levels of motivation and a collaborative team spirit. * A commitment to supporting children with diverse learning and emotional needs. * Willing to be First Aid trained.  The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children.  If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
