We’re looking for Community Resilience Workers (Outreach) to join the Children and Family Wellbeing Service and support families in our Family Hubs and in the community, a role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact. Working flexibly across Lancashire's Family Hubs, community venues, and through outreach, you’ll connect with families who may not otherwise access support, helping them stabilise, grow and thrive. You’ll: • Build trusted, respectful relationships with families • Provide practical, hands-on support when it’s needed most • Deliver engaging group sessions and drop-ins • Work alongside partners to create a joined-up, accessible support network Your work will directly help families overcome barriers, build resilience and improve outcomes for children and young people.
