You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and sector experts to ensure the home achieves the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance and outcomes for children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge or a strong Deputy Manager ready for their first registration. Key Responsibilities Lead the Ofsted registration process Develop and implement the Statement of Purpose Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing care team Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards Promote a positive and nurturing culture within the home Maintain high standards of safeguarding and risk management Build strong relationships with local authorities, families and professionals Oversee care planning, staffing, budgets and home performance Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance About YouEssential Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare Experience within children's residential care Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements Experience supporting children with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs Excellent leadership and team development skills Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people Desirable Previous Registered Manager experience Experience opening or registering a new children's home Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Experience working within specialist SEN or learning disability services Why Apply?
