Senior Production Manager- Chilled- 4 on 4 off

As Senior Production Manager- Chilled, you will play a key role in the performance of chilled production, helping to ensure standards are maintained across output, quality, and food safety. The role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced production environment where strong leadership, sound operational judgement, and a commitment to high standards are essential. Responsibilities Lead chilled production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Support retailer audits within a food production environment. Educated to a high level; a degree or HND/HNC/SVQ qualification is a plus. 10+ years of experience in food production, including experience in a similar production management role and managerial experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using manufacturing systems, including M3 Info MRP. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, chilled-food compliance, and retailer audits in food production. Able to spend long periods on your feet, walk the production floor regularly, and work in chilled environments. Eligibility to work in the UK. Completed IOSH Managing Safely training is advantageous.
