You will work with stakeholders including Operations, Team Heathrow, airline partners and internal programme teams to support clear communication, governance and shared understanding of programme activity. This role will operate in a complex stakeholder environment and will need to balance the needs of the internal audience - programme team, sponsors, Heathrow's development portfolio and wider functional and operational teams with the engagement our external stakeholders/ key customers. The Programme stakeholder engagement manager should understand the link between programme objectives and realisation of benefits and ensure the engagement framework/ strategy supports this.
