About the role
The Guinness Partnership has a new opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join the
team on a full-time, permanent contract, based in Oldham.
We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with days working from
home.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with strong expertise in PPM
methodologies, tools and systems. With excellent analytical, communication and
stakeholder management skills, you will be highly proficient in Microsoft
Office, PPM tooling, Excel and Power BI. Experience in developing and improving
standards, processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle is also
required.
You will be able to demonstrate these
essential skills:
• Excellent knowledge, and experience as a practitioner, of programme and
project management methodology, tools and systems.
• Advanced experience of utilising and continuously improving PPM tools to
support project and programme delivery, and portfolio management.
• Proven experience of project lifecycles, project delivery, methodologies,
software, and developing / documenting standards, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in the use of delivery and collaboration tools (i.e. DevOps,
SharePoint, MS Teams and Asana).
• Excellent data analysis and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, in particular Project,
Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively without high levels of supervision.
• Demonstrates the Guinness behaviours.
Desirable skills:
• Ability to work effectively without high levels of supervision.
• Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
Essential qualifications:
• Educated to degree level and/or appropriate professional qualifications.
• PMO, Project/Programme Management Certifications.
