Key Responsibilities • Stainless steel MIG/TIG Welding  • Develop all necessary systems and processes to ensure that products are of the appropriate quality and within the established cost limits.  • Monitor processes to resolve any problems and remove bottlenecks.  • Maintain an awareness of new developments in technology and relevant production processes and evaluate and apply those that may be of benefit to the company.  • Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any complaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement  • Receive and store consumables to ensure that there are sufficient stocks to meet production requirements.  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace.  • Carry out any reasonable request as required by your line manager.   Soft Skills  • Honest, humble and hungry   • Always does the right thing for Company, Customer and Community   • Data driven who openly challenges   • Practical risk taker, acknowledges failure and doesn’t repeat mistakes   • Celebrates success   • Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the business   • Confidential in all matters    • Professional approach, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.   • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills    • Ability to work on own initiative    • Ability to work in, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment   • Good timekeeping and attendance record   • Flexible and prepared to work anywhere within the factory  Compensation:   This position offers a pay rate up to £16 per hour.
