Join our high-performing UK & Ireland Sales team and play a key role in building long-term partnerships with leading retail customers across the Toy Specialist and High Street channels. We're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who thrives on relationship building, delivers strong results, and enjoys turning strategic plans into action. ***No relocation support provided*** Core Responsibilities Develop and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, driving long-term business growth and mutual success. Create and execute customer business plans, forecasts, and sales strategies that deliver against targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, In-Store, Operations, and other teams to bring customer plans to life. Lead new product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer events, ensuring flawless execution online and in-store. Manage budgets and financial performance, including claims, returns, distribution costs, and marketing investments. Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales, profitability, and market share. Ensure high standards of execution and operational excellence across all customer activities. Essential Requirements A strong commercial experience in a sales, account management function working within FMCG industry with UK specific omnichannel retailer exposure. Proven track record of delivering strong data driven business results and taking ownership of outcomes. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to convince. Commercial awareness and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and stakeholders. Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action. Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking. Desirable Knowledge of promotional planning and new product launches. Experience managing customer P&L responsibilities. Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities. Experience working in a cross-functional matrix environment. Why Join Us?
