Commercial Assistant • HPCBilfinger UKHinkley Point C   Main Duties: Proactively work with the commercial team to support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.Keeping records of actions and expediting completion of such within the required timescales.Attending meetings, drafting and distributing the minutes to all team membersPrepare and file records to ensure they are up to date and easily accessibleSupport of cost substantiation exercises; retrieval of timesheets, invoices and delivery notes.Payment Application substantiation; reconciliation of clocking in hours against paid hours, ascertaining reasons for any discrepanciesSupport in timesheet process and ensuring correct allocation of cost to budgetsAd-hoc administration of commercial trackers Requirements: Computer Literacy skillsExcel proficiency PreferableCCNSGPrevious experience in a similar role is required.  For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
