Are you an organised, people-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships and making sure things get done?
We’re looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our team at bdhSterling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be one of the key points of contact for our clients, working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, Compliance and Operations to make sure advice is implemented smoothly and clients receive the professional, friendly service they deserve.
Every day will be a little different, but your role will include:
• Building strong, positive relationships with our clients and being a friendly and reliable point of contact.
• Responding to client queries and making sure they are resolved promptly and accurately.
• Supporting the implementation of financial advice, including preparing documentation and liaising with clients.
• Preparing, processing and tracking applications, transfers, investment instructions and other client documentation.
• Working collaboratively with Advisers, Paraplanners, Compliance and Operations to create a seamless client experience.
• Preparing clear and professional client communications, including emails, letters and updates.
• Keeping client records, databases and contact logs accurate and up to date.
• Working with colleagues across our global teams to coordinate actions and deliver great outcomes for clients.
• Supporting research, projects and process improvement initiatives where required.
• Helping create a warm and professional welcome for clients and business partners visiting the office and assisting with incoming calls.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in doing a great job and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer or client service environment.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Good Microsoft Office and client database skills.
• A professional, friendly and client-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams
This is more than an administration role. You’ll be an important part of a collaborative client services team, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing directly to the experience our clients have with bdhSterling.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, solutions-focused, adaptable and keen to be part of a supportive team culture.
If you’re someone who enjoys variety, likes working with people and takes satisfaction from keeping things organised and delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.
