Consultant / Senior Consultant - Digital Manufacturing

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories: * Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. * Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities),  offering development. * Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc. YOUR PROFILE Our ideal candidate will bring a combination of the following skills and experience: * A background in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations to deliver a step-change in performance; * Experience in leading the implementation of digital technologies to manufacturing and/or supply chain operations; * A passion for leading operational improvements with a focus on employee engagement and empowerment;  * A curiosity about the use of digital technologies and an interest in how these can be used for “triple bottom line” improvements; * Strong business acumen with the ability to develop persuasive business cases that drive investment and organisational change. * Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions; * Experience of proposition building and delivery; and  * Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or with experience in a blue-chip industrial company.
