As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the

* Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids,
proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
* Internal Contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks,
whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events &
activities), offering development.
* Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the
skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Our ideal candidate will bring a combination of the following skills and
experience:
* A background in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations to
deliver a step-change in performance;
* Experience in leading the implementation of digital technologies to
manufacturing and/or supply chain operations;
* A passion for leading operational improvements with a focus on employee
engagement and empowerment;
* A curiosity about the use of digital technologies and an interest in how
these can be used for “triple bottom line” improvements;
* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop persuasive business cases
that drive investment and organisational change.
* Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist
support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting
solutions;
* Experience of proposition building and delivery; and
* Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or with experience in a
blue-chip industrial company.

You will work directly alongside our clients in their manufacturing facilities,
keeping the focus of digitisation on the user experience and the business
outcomes. You will typically work with colleagues from Capgemini’s Engineering
and Cloud Services businesses, collaborating to design, build and implement
digital solutions that enable our clients to improve service levels, reduce
costs and improve sustainability outcomes.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location,
you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may
involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
