We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate bank staff to join our
nursery and wrap around teams at Bonners Primary School. As part of our bank
staff team, you will cover planned or short-notice absences, helping us maintain
a safe, fun, and high-quality environment for our children.
Within our nursery, we individually design our settings to provide a caring and
stimulating environment for our children to develop at their own pace. We follow
the EYFS Framework to ensure children reach their full potential, ensuring
British values of diversity and equality are celebrated.
The duties required are:
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
• Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure the well-being of all children
Experience:
• Previous experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
but not necessary
• Ability to engage and interact with children in a positive and supportive
manner
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
Our wrap around care is a growing part of our school provision where we support
children from the age of 2 – 11 before and after school. You will help to plan
activities, prepare healthy snacks and meals where appropriate and engage with
the children in a positive and supportive manner. Our breakfast club is open
from 07:45am until 08:35am and from 15:15pm until 17:30pm every day.

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person

childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to

2018 Regulations.
If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2018
Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the
preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from
Ofsted.
