Orwins is building its national practice and we are looking for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join us at partner level — bringing expertise, clients and ambition in equal measure.
We do law differently — straightforward, commercially focused and built around long-term client relationships. At Orwins, our litigation team advises clients across a broad range of disputes. Our work includes breach of contract, professional negligence and debt recovery, alongside a significant focus on property disputes. We regularly act in matters involving boundary issues, landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way and breaches of covenant. Advising clients on a broad range of business disputes across multiple sectors.
Managing and resolving lower-value commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence matters, fraud claims and business-critical litigation.
Advising clients on all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, High Court litigation and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Working closely with colleagues across the corporate, employment and property teams to provide strategic and commercially focused advice where disputes arise.
Developing and growing a commercial litigation client base, leveraging the firm's existing relationships, referral network and wider business development initiatives. A commercial litigator with strong
technical skills with an established or developing client base and the commercial drive to build a practice within a growing national firm. At Orwins, we invest in our people just as much as our future. Our future is our people. This is a firm where your voice is heard, your contribution is recognised, and your development is taken seriously - not just talked about.
You will get genuine access to our C-Suite, senior partners, leaders and clients from day one, working closely with a team that values expertise, supports each other and takes pride in doing things well. We are growing fast, and the people who join us will grow with us too.
