Under the guidance of Nathan Walker-Unwin: an integral figure in the opening of two acclaimed Daylesford pubs, The Bell fosters a culture where every team member is valued and every guest is welcomed like family. ABOUT THE ROLE Our F&B Supervisor works closely with the General Manager and wider operations team. Leading, motivating and developing our front of house team, sharing your passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming, high-performing environment. If you're an experienced hospitality professional with a natural flair for leadership and a love of great food, drink and service, we'd love to hear from you. SKILLS & EXPERTISE Take ownership of service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience. Partner with the General Manager and operational teams to support the smooth running of the pub. Lead, coach and develop a talented front of house team, bringing out the best in those around you. Be a visible and inspiring presence on the floor, setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.
