Sanctuary Care Nurses:
• Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code
• Demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and competence using
research-based practice
• Have excellent communication and record keeping skills
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong
learning
• Manage holistic care and emergency situations
• Lead a team of care professionals with kindness and compassion
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Support learning and development of clinical colleagues and student nurses
• Value and respect older people and their individual needs
