The Clockspire, was originally built by Sir William Medlycott in 1864 as a school which has been brought back to its former glory creating a warm and welcoming restaurant. Set by the quaint Somerset village of Milborne Port, the restaurant offers a memorable experience from a spectacular view by the large windows and lofted ceilings with statement chandeliers to seasonal and locally foraged exceptional dishes along with carefully selected wines.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
upto £28000
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service
Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met
Contribute to innovative menu planning
Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
Support events and functions alongside school life
Qualifications
Proven experience working in as a Commis Chef or similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Works according to the Benugo core values
