Cook - ERRV

The Company currently have a vacancy for a Cook in its ERRV/MRV fleet. Start date 27th September 2026 • Permanent Contract - 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation Candidates must hold Ships Cook CoC or Ships Cook Part I and II and a valid Food Hygiene certificate In return we offer a competitive salary, 28 days on/off rotation, contributory pension scheme and access to our Employee Assistance Programme. Cook is responsible for the following: Management of the ordering, storage and use of all catering stores, within budget confines. Check catering stores as supplied, and inform the Master of stores wrongly delivered or missing. Monitoring of all freezer and chill areas. In full charge of designing menus and preparing all foodstuffs for consumption by the crew. Safety aspects of operations within the galley and other catering areas. Reporting of all defects, in the galley, Fridges, Freezers and food store areas to the Chief Engineer. The Cook must be familiar with all fire fighting appliances / power cut off switches and any other safety device within, or appertaining to, any catering area. The Cook will also assist on deck in emergency exercises and situations where Fast Rescue Craft are launched / recovered.
