Our Money Advice Camden service works tirelessly to understand our communities here in Camden, and to help people access the support they need as quickly and seamlessly as possible, helping keep people on track. About the role The Campaign Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of targeted campaigns that aim to provide proactive support to the people who need it most. Working across council teams such as homelessness, public health, education and data analytics you will work to understand the potential needs of specific groups of residents and to deliver interventions that provide financial support and specialist advice in proactive and targeted ways.  Many of our campaigns are data-driven, and some are delivered in partnership with voluntary and community sector partners – overall, the objective of this work is to ensure that people facing challenges in our community can receive early and effective support, preventing crisis and increasing financial resilience.  About you To succeed in this role, you will have experience delivering resident-focused projects or services and a strong understanding of financial inclusion, welfare benefits and debt support. You will be a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with residents, community partners and colleagues across a range of services. These roles are ideal for people who are organised, collaborative and passionate about improving outcomes for residents.
