We have an exceptional onboarding and training program to help align your skillset with our technical offerings.  Responsibilities:    • All engineers at DMC focus on programming and software solutions, such as: • Controls programming including food and beverage processing and packaging [https://www.dmcinfo.com/industries/food-and-beverage/], automotive assembly lines [https://www.dmcinfo.com/industries/automotive/], and packaging machinery controls [https://www.dmcinfo.com/industries/packaging-machinery/] • Design and develop automated test systems using LabVIEW, TestStand, C#, and Python for a variety of industries and applications, including, EV battery [https://www.dmcinfo.com/services/test-and-measurement-automation/battery-pack-and-bms-test-systems/], aerospace and rocket [https://www.dmcinfo.com/blog/17544/dmc-and-nasas-journey-to-the-stars/], turnkey [https://www.dmcinfo.com/services/test-and-measurement-automation/automated-test-stand-design/], and cloud-enabled [https://www.dmcinfo.com/services/test-and-measurement-automation/cloud-enabled-test-and-measurement-systems/] test and measurement systems • Consult with clients on status updates, maintaining positive rapport while addressing requests • Travel to customer manufacturing sites for solution commissioning, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems • Collaborate with project teams of varying sizes and experience levels • Assist senior engineers in scoping, estimating, and proposing new projects • Manage tasks with project teams, prioritizing needs and addressing risks and roadblocks • Develop and grow leadership skills • Note: 25-50% travel is required for some positions, with additional benefits for higher travel commitment  Requirements  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field  • Minimum GPA of 3.4   • Interest and ability to program in text-based languages and object-oriented concepts   • Quick learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement   • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration  Additional Information:   • Benefits/Culture/Bonuses and More! Salary Range $87,500—$97,500 USD
