Your Role: At EIT we are looking for a Clinical Operations, Partnership Manager to join the Commercial Projects team within the Legal, Commercial and Compliance division of EIT on a fixed term 12-month contract. This role leads management from EIT’s side of the partnership with our clinical services delivery partner, and co-ordinates operational delivery to ensure we successfully build, launch, deliver and grow our EIT Oxford Clinic to deliver impactful and innovative healthcare services to the local community. Your Responsibilities: Liaison and Partnership Stewardship Serve as the primary point of contact for EIT’s Clinic operating partner, and their affiliates, ensuring regular engagement and communication. Develop and maintain trusted, senior-level partner relationships through proactive outreach, relationship management, and stewardship of key partnerships based on agreed governance structures. Negotiate to deliver on EIT’s preferred position on scopes of work, amendments to the delivery frameworks, and establishment and monitoring of performance expectations Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership, for example to facilitate collaboration on innovation or clinical research proposals to advance medical humane endeavours. Working with existing best practices (Asana, Confluence etc.) where available, establish a robust Partnership Management Framework to drive the appropriate rhythm, tracking, reporting and visibility of the progression to shared goals. Management of Operations to deliver on the EIT Clinic Partnership Act as trusted EIT representative for external meetings with our EIT Clinic partner regarding operational delivery of the clinic in Oxford, and any additional agreed programs or active partnerships. Provide clear communication and reporting to the Clinic Committee, Collaboration Leads, EIT Central Operations leadership (Legal, Commercial, Compliance, Finance, other) on a regular basis and other internal stakeholders upon request. Manage internal stakeholder communications regarding Clinic Operational performance and progress and act as a main point of contact across EIT for any concerns or escalations. Working hand in hand with EIT Delivery stakeholders (Estates, Facilities, IT etc.) regularly monitor and evaluate operational pre-opening and post-opening progression against the agreed project priorities and timelines and manage deviations as appropriate based on the escalation process. Support business planning for ongoing clinical operations and infrastructure, based on agreed terms. Working with central communications team and following agreed scheduling, lead or co-lead EIT communications and narratives (internal and, if required, public facing) regarding clinical operations and programme progress. Week to week, oversee Clinic program budgets and operational expenditure. Provide support for Clinic-related financial forecasting and resource planning. Where required for EIT Clinic-related procurement, act as a nominated approver and/or requisition raiser. Act as the main point of contact regarding EIT Clinical operations, for the EIT Finance Team and, with the Director, Commercial Projects review month to month Clinic budget performance. Provide industry expertise to support and oversee the design, launch, and management of EIT’s Clinic marketing and launch activities, led by our Clinic partner. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Clear and confident communicator. Proven stakeholder and partnership management skills within clinical operations, with the credibility to engage senior leaders. Strong negotiation and influencing capability, ensuring agreed frameworks, scopes, and expectations are effectively secured. Commercially and financially astute, with the ability to oversee budgets, monitor expenditure, and support accurate forecasting. Understanding of UK healthcare systems and regulatory frameworks, leading or overseeing clinical operations across a team, department or programme. We offer the following benefits: Enhanced holiday.
