Be part of a team where your expertise and ideas truly matter.   As an Associate in the Markets Treasury team, you will help manage and optimize the financial resources of our Markets business. You will partner with trading desks and stakeholders to drive business results and ensure the effective use of balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and leverage. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise, build strong relationships, and contribute to our data and analytics agenda. Together, we will deliver impactful solutions and support the growth of our business. Job Responsibilities • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on financial resource topics • Build and maintain relationships with trading desks to understand business needs and understand drivers of financial resource consumption. • Partner with trading desks to optimize financial resource usage • Analyze trading desk profitability using key financial metrics • Asses the impact of regulatory changes to the business and support advocacy efforts • Understand the competitive landscape across the EMEA region and binding financial resource constraints for other peer banks. • Provide treasury guidance on financial infrastructure offerings which have a strong financial resource impact, such as clearing, collateral management, and liquidity management. • Collaborate with Treasury Data & Analytics, technology, and quant teams • Develop and enhance tools and analytics to support business objectives • Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders • Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment   Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field • Few years of related industry experience in Treasury, Trading, or Financial Resource Management • Understanding of financial resource topics such as Basel III RWA, GSIB, liquidity, leverage, and regulatory margin • Knowledge of financial products including financing, cash, and derivative transactions • Experience working with large data sets and analyzing outputs to identify trends • Experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, AWS, Databricks, or AI tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to interact effectively with business, management, and control functions • Organized self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work under pressure   Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Familiarity with US bank capital rules  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements • Experience collaborating with technology and analytics teams    J.P.
