Join Nationwide as a Product Manager – Deposits Pricing Manager and play a key
role in shaping the performance of millions of savings and current accounts.
Banking & Savings sits at the heart of what we do, with nearly £1 in every £10
saved in the UK entrusted to Nationwide. This is a high-profile opportunity to
influence pricing decisions, uncover the story behind the numbers, and help
drive strong financial outcomes for both our members and the Society.
Working within an inclusive, supportive and highly visible team, you'll analyse
market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activity to identify
opportunities and make data-led recommendations. You'll thrive in a fast-paced
environment where priorities can shift quickly, using your strong financial
services knowledge, advanced Excel skills and analytical expertise to turn
complex data into clear insights. Experience with Power BI would be beneficial,
along with the ability to confidently present findings and recommendations to
senior stakeholders, including Executive Committee level.
We're looking for a naturally curious problem-solver who enjoys working through
ambiguity, challenging thinking and bringing data to life through compelling
storytelling and visualisation. If you're passionate about understanding what
drives customer and market behaviour and want to make a meaningful impact within
one of the UK's leading financial institutions, we'd love to hear from you.
We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your
best.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding
relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues
together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to
home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and
to feel connected.
For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional office or hub. There will
be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and in some
locations you’ll be expected to spend at least two days a week, or if part time
you'll spend 40% of your working time, in the office. If your application is
successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
If we receive a high volume of relevant applications, we may close the advert
earlier than the advertised date, so please apply as soon as you can.

impactful recommendations for senior stakeholders. You’ll build strong
relationships across the organisation, working collaboratively to support the
delivery of both product and wider business strategies.
Drawing on your analytical, numerical, and commercial expertise, you’ll lead the
development of pricing proposals and operational forecasts while supporting the
creation of new product propositions. Your ability to identify trends, uncover

long-term success within one of the most important areas of the business.
About you
As a minimum you’ll need to have:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track
record of building strong relationships, influencing decision-making, and
communicating complex information clearly both verbally and in writing
• Experience leading end-to-end analytical projects, from initial brief and
data gathering through to insight generation, recommendations, and
implementation
• Demonstrable commercial acumen, with the ability to identify trends, assess
business performance, challenge assumptions, and support strategic
decision-making through data-driven recommendations
• Experience within financial services, banking, savings, pricing, product
management, commercial analysis, or a similarly regulated environment, with
evidence of working effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving market
conditions
