Job Description
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary of up to £30,014.40 per year.
As our next Maintenance Team Member, you…
Complete general repairs and maintenance across the hotel
Carry out painting and decorating works
Support preventative maintenance programmes
Maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities
Work closely with the management team and external contractors
Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met at all times
Who We're Looking For
Previous maintenance, facilities or property maintenance experience
Good all-round repair and DIY skills
A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Painting and decorating experience is advantageous
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical or carpentry works
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
