Role Overview: We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Flagship store, supporting our Operations team in managing online orders through our state-of-the-art in-house system. You'll play a key role in receiving, reviewing, picking, packing and shipping orders, with full transparency at every stage, while also supporting stockroom management and inventory accuracy. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused and passionate about retail, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Process online orders in real time via system and handheld devices; pick, pack and dispatch daily for last-mile delivery Maintain safety, productivity and customer experience standards; hand over shipments securely to delivery partners Manage back-of-house tasks: stock loans, tickets/barcodes, theft reporting, returns, and sellable/non-sellable transactions Keep stockrooms organised, compliant and audit-ready; support stock takes, inventory checks and damaged-goods paperwork Process goods-in deliveries and stock movements; log courier status (e.g. Zendesk); support Post Room deliveries Support PI counts and inbound shipment handling as needed Build strong working relationships across retail, stock and goods-in teams About You: Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset A collaborative, solutions-focused team player Flexibility for rota-based hours, 5 days a week Passion for the retail industry Full-time | Rota-based, 5 days a week Liberty is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and opposes all forms of unlawful discrimination.
