What you’ll be doing
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
Supporting a range of building systems and compliance tasks
Acting as an Authorised Person (training provided)
Following safety and security procedures
Taking part in an on-call and weekend rota
You’ll work across a small number of sites, giving you variety without excessive travel.
What we’re looking for
A relevant trade qualification or maintenance experience
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Basic health & safety and IT awareness
Experience in areas such as fire safety, emergency lighting, water checks or general compliance would be beneficial—but not essential.
