Salary range:  Grade 17  £68,57 £71,055p.a. plus fantastic benefits Contract: Permanent  Hours of work: 36 hours per week Location: Croydon   Croydon is taking a place-based approach, focusing on statutory responsibilities, prevention and early intervention, and taking a whole family, strengths-based recovery approach; working alongside residents and their families to maximise their life chances and outcomes. The role operates within that context and has become available following a restructure of Adult Social Care Mental Health Service.  The post holders will be responsible for the leadership and management of Croydon Adult Social Care Mental Health Locality and Specialised Services; build partnerships with other agencies and internal Croydon council department and ensure that there is a network of support available to people to assist them in maximising their independence. The position offers excellent opportunity to work as a strategic lead towards the development and continuous improvement of the overall service, reporting to the Head of Service, and the implementation and monitoring of the service plan. Ensuring that the work of the service complies with all relevant legislation and statutory guidance.
