Interim Nursing Manager • Outpatients | Brentwood | 6-9 months fixed term contract, full-time, 37.5 hours per week  Spire Hartswood Hospital is seeking an experienced Outpatient Services Nursing Manager to lead and further develop our high‑performing and fast‑paced outpatient department. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for clinical quality, operational performance, and service development across a large and diverse patient population. This is a 6-9month fixed term contract working 37.5 hours per week. Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities. Duties and responsibilities  Our outpatient department supports over 300 patients every day across a diverse range of specialties, offering a dynamic, high‑performing clinical environment. As Nursing Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role within this busy service, shaping the future of outpatient care while supporting and developing a large multidisciplinary team.
