POSITION SUMMARY Guest Experience Expert – Courtyard Aberdeen Do you thrive on making people feel genuinely welcome? We're looking for a warm, dynamic, and adaptable Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Courtyard Aberdeen. This is far from a typical front desk role. You'll work across the hotel, reception, food and beverage, making every guest interaction count, from a seamless check-in to a perfectly served breakfast. No two shifts are the same, and that's exactly what makes it exciting. Our Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen Airport is a contemporary hotel just a short walk from Aberdeen International Airport, welcoming both business and leisure travellers from around the world.
