In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for those who excel at nuanced written and verbal communication and have a keen sense for clarity, tone, and instructional value. You will participate in a Write-like-Human Eval, where you compare model-generated responses to writing prompts, offering analytical quality scores and detailed rationales. Preferred Qualifications • Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication skills. • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation. • Strong ability to judge clarity, tone, coherence, and usefulness in technical and instructional content. • Familiarity with digital platforms for content review, annotation, or evaluation. • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in analysis and documentation. • Proven capacity to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in virtual settings. • Experience with AI systems or model evaluation practices considered a plus, but not required.
