Key Responsibilities Take an operational lead on facilities and maintenance operations across retail stores and support offices Manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance programmes Oversee key supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory requirements Manage facilities budgets, expenditure reporting and cost-saving initiatives Support office and store refurbishment, renovation and dilapidation projects Drive continuous improvement across facilities processes and service delivery Lead and develop Facilities Coordinators and reception teams to achieve departmental objectives Monitor performance and deliver regular reporting on budgets, SLAs and operational activity About Us EssilorLuxottica is the global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium eyewear.
