What you’ll be doing Delivering training modules within Electrical Marine Engineering to the Royal Navy Conducting both theory and practical training in Electrical Engineering Ensuring outstanding relationships with the customer and within Marine Engineering Electrical training area. Assisting in maintaining and updating training documentation and assess student course work to provide feedback on performance. Utilising best practice across the establishment to inform and direct quality and improvement activities across RN training. Responsible for the duty of care and progression of training during delivery phase. What we’re looking for Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent Proven experience within Electrical/Engineering Be proficient in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace Competent Electrical practical/hand skills Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment Level 4 Teaching Qualification / DTC Defence Trainer Course or equivalent.
