You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing platforms like HubSpot (or other tools) to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across multiple channels. As part of your job, you’ll be looking after:  Campaign Strategy & Execution: • Feed into designing and then building and managing multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including email, SMS, and in-app notifications. • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, high-converting assets for campaigns. • Develop workflows and sequences tailored to audience segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers. • Overseeing email campaigns throughout the show cycles including: updating and maintaining campaign plan creation, building emails, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements to drive engagement. Liaising with various stakeholders to execute the delivery of automated email marketing campaigns in line with show objectives, ensuring the full campaign is aligned and seamless, and creating a consistent and engaging customer journey • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: • Analyze audience data to create dynamic segments for personalized targeting. • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for sales teams with the support of your       Campaign Manager. • Monitor and improve database health,ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.   Performance Tracking & Reporting: • Measure campaign success using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Obsess about analytics so you understand the results of your activity, including testing, and are continually applying learnings to improve effectiveness of future campaigns  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement. • A/B test email content, subject lines, and workflows to optimize performance. * • Continuous Improvement: • Research and propose new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness. • Stay informed about trends in marketing automation, personalization, and customer experience.   Skills & Qualifications Essential: • Proven experience in marketing automation and campaign execution (1-3 years in a similar role). • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and A/B testing. • Excellent project management and organizational skills withthe ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience of creating data selections and segmenting audiences • Eye for detail and creativity • Customer-oriented, taking pride in exceeding customer expectations • Ability to build strong relationships with other stakeholders • Experience of working to tight deadlines • Basic image editing and an understanding of/ability to learn HTML – desirable   Desirable: • Experience in B2B marketing or events industry. • Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA compliance requirements. • Certification in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot      Marketing Software Certification).
