RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing
You'll take ownership of the team's demand, capacity and resource planning
activities, ensuring there is a clear and accurate view of current and future
work across the website estate. Maintaining a robust pipeline of activity,
you'll work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to
understand upcoming demand, forecast future workload and ensure priorities
remain aligned to business objectives.
Working across multiple teams and workstreams, you'll coordinate resource
allocation to support the successful delivery of key initiatives. You'll
facilitate planning and prioritisation discussions, helping teams understand
effort, dependencies and timescales, while identifying potential resource gaps,
capacity constraints and delivery risks early enough to take action and keep
plans on track.
You'll play an important role in providing insight and visibility through
meaningful reporting and dashboards, using tools such as Jira, Excel and Power
BI to support decision making at all levels. Alongside this, you'll help drive
consistency across planning, governance and operational processes, ensuring
effective ways of working are embedded across the wider function.
You'll also support the day-to-day operation of the Websites function, including
Demand Change Forum administration, governance activities and business
reporting. As a champion for continuous improvement, you'll look for
opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen the
team's ability to deliver value for our customers and colleagues.

demands across multiple stakeholders, teams or workstreams
• Experience producing demand, capacity, resource or delivery plans, with
evidence of identifying risks, constraints and dependencies to support
successful delivery
• Strong analytical skills, including experience using data and reporting to
inform planning decisions and provide management insight
• Experience using planning and reporting tools such as Jira, Excel and Power
BI to manage workload visibility, reporting and forecasting
• Experience working with Product, Delivery, Technology or Business
stakeholders to support planning, prioritisation and resource allocation
activities

operational processes that have increased efficiency, consistency or delivery
effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting
complex information, plans or recommendations to a range of stakeholder
groups
